The apartments, elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts, are spacious two-room apartments (50 sqm) on the ground floor, with independent entrance, built following the style of the country villa: ceiling with wooden beams and exposed planks.

Each apartment has an outdoor area for outdoor dinners with stunning views of the magnificent landscape of the sweet Umbre hills, free wi-fi and 32″ flat TV.

The sleeping area, embellished with parquet, cherry wood furnishings and artistic paintings in the surroundings, can accommodate three people in comfortable sommier beds.

The living area has a fully equipped kitchen for a stay in full autonomy: large fridge, kitchenette, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils and tablecloth; also has a sofa that can be easily converted into a double bed with slatted net.

The bathroom, with window, is complete with shower with crystal doors, hair dryer, thermo furniture, towels and courtesy toilet at the arrival (bubble bath, shampoo, soap and shower head). Disabled facilities on request, subject to availability.

The large and luminous reception, offers a comfortable breakfast room with TV, reception and exhibition of local handicraft products. It remains available at the times indicated for any need or information and organizes itineraries and guided tours on request.
